Process
How We Work
Phase One
Initial Consultation: We are so excited to meet you!!! We will rendezvous in your space for the consultation. We will discuss your spatial wants and needs while considering how you function within a space and asses your budget.
Phase Two
Proposal & Contract: We appreciate knowing were we stand & we are sure you do as well. In this phase we will provide you with a written proposal detailing the scope of the project as well as a legal contract with terms to protect you and ourselves. Once signed we can begin the fun part.
Phase Three
Design Presentation: We understand the greatest struggle is the ability to envision a finished space. In this phase we will provide a mood board presentation to serve as a visual guide for your new space. This mood board will include concept images, FF&E, finishes, lighting, hardware and window treatment selections as well as floor plan drawings and elevations to better convey our design.Portfolio and asset management
Phase Four
Purchasing: Its time to start ordering! By this time we have finalized all selections, have agreed upon the budget and can begin purchase orders. We will receive all items and store them in our warehouse until install day!
Phase Five
Construction Documentation: This one if for the contractors! In the event that your project requires any sort of construction, we will prepare all the necessary documentation for the contractors to use as a “project manual” for the built and construction of your space.
Phase Six
Final Installation: The day is finally here!!! We politely kick you out for the day and get to work! When you finally come back you’re home or space will be completed and you will be greeted with drinks to celebrate this new beginning!
