Pricing
Percentage of Project Cost
We figure out your budget and work from there. Our design fee is 25% of the total project cost.
Ideal for clients with full house furnishing needs, with a minimum budget of $50,000. You will receive a design mood-board with all the items being used in the space along with a furnishings proposal i.e. a shopping list.
Fees per Square Foot - Furnishings Design
We figure out square footage of areas you want us to design then multiply by price per square foot which is $15.
Ideal for clients with single room projects. You will receive a design mood-board with all the items being used in the space along with a furnishings proposal i.e. a shopping list.
Fees per Square Foot - Construction Specification
We figure out square footage of areas you want us to design then multiply by price per square foot which is $35 / $25 if no project management is required.
Ideal for clients with full house renovations or custom built homes. You will receive a design mood-board with all the materials selected along with a full set of construction documents that you will be able to give to your contractor to use as a guide for building.
Hourly Rate Design Fee
We agree to work together for as long as it takes to accomplish the project at an hourly basis, I then multiply the time invested by my hourly rate which is $95.
Ideal for clients who are not sure about the design process and just want a little extra help. You will receive a design mood-board with all the items being used in the space along with a furnishings proposal i.e. a shopping list.
